James Robinson is currently the Operations Director at Qualsafe, where they have been responsible for the senior management team and the development and delivery of the QA business plan since 2019. They previously served as Head of Qualifications Development at Qualsafe Awards from 2014, supporting a team in designing and maintaining qualifications. Prior to this, they worked at Coachwise Ltd from 2006 to 2014, leading the qualification development team and contributing to strategic direction. James holds a BA in Leisure Studies and Health Science from the University of Bedfordshire, completed in 1997.
