Phil Dance

Phil Dance has a strong background in market research and account management. Phil is currently working as an Account Director at QualSights, where they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at iSpot.tv from September 2020 to March 2021, where they provided dedicated consulting services to T-Mobile. Before that, they were a Strategic Account Director at Voxpopme from December 2019 to July 2020, where they oversaw revenue and product operations for partner organizations. From 2010 to 2019, Phil was the Founder and Chief Insight Officer at Alter Agents, where they directed the company's growth initiatives and cultivated key client partnerships. Phil also has experience working at Hall & Partners as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, specializing in brand research and strategic communications. Phil started their career as a Research Specialist at J.D. Power from August 2002 to September 2005.
