Ishan Jayal

Ishan Jayal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent solutions and recruitment. As the Founder of QualTech Assist since February 2024 and Managing Director of QualTech RPO since April 2017, Ishan has been instrumental in providing outcome-based, talent-driven solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, Ishan serves as Director at Niscka and previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager at RPO from July 2012 to March 2017. Ishan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and has completed secondary and higher secondary education through the Central Board of Secondary Education.
