Luis Santiago

Luis Santiago has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as a Project Delivery Manager at Qualtop Group since October 2018, where coordination of agile teams and implementation of SAFe principles are key responsibilities. Prior roles include Project Manager, where expertise in small to medium-scale agile methodologies and customer-centric projects was demonstrated, and Software Project Coordinator at Muebles America, leading a large development team and introducing PMBok and Scrum practices. Luis also held positions as IT Manager at UNISAP Federacion Nacional de Cooperativas Financieras, overseeing the operation of systems for multiple financial cooperatives, and Software Project Leader at Sistema Coopera, managing software operations for popular savings banks. Earlier experience includes web system development and tailored software solutions. Luis holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, completed in 2005.
