Dr Crissa Sumner

Dr. Crissa Sumner is the Head of XM Advisory Services for Asia Pacific & Japan at Qualtrics, where they lead initiatives to enhance experience management across businesses. With a PhD in Organisational Psychology, Crissa has over 20 years of experience collaborating with organizations globally to enhance performance through effective talent management. They have held key roles in various sectors, including as Managing Consultant at Hudson and Senior Consultant at Siggins Miller Consultants, and have contributed to academia as an adjunct Senior Lecturer at Griffith University and a Course Coordinator at The University of Queensland. Recognized as a thought leader, Crissa has presented research on leadership at both national and international conferences.
