Hector has held key positions at prominent companies such as Symantec, GoDaddy, and Adobe, where they demonstrated expertise in driving eCommerce strategies and fostering strategic partnerships that significantly impacted business growth. Currently, Hector serves as the Head of Customer Success for LATAM at Qualtrics and also lectures part-time at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, focusing on optimizing eCommerce and marketing strategies. Hector holds a Master's degree in Management and IT from Stockholm University and has a strong foundation in project management and computer engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
