Ricardo Lopez

Ricardo Lopez has extensive experience in product management and technology, currently serving as the Head of Product Management for Employee Experience at Qualtrics since March 2018. Previously, Ricardo held various roles at McMaster-Carr, including Technology Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team overseeing software development and IT infrastructure, and Sales Manager, focusing on operations for a sales team. Earlier, at GE, Ricardo was the Project Management & Finance Lead for a global team focused on project management and financial initiatives, and participated in GE’s Corporate Audit Staff Leadership Program. Ricardo also completed a Design Engineer role through GE’s engineering program, earning Six Sigma certification. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
