Richard Marsh

Richard Marsh is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in technology and customer engagement. Currently serving as Sales Director at Qualtrics since August 2025, Richard previously held the position of RVP Sales - Europe International at Tealium, where efforts focused on data connectivity and customer engagement solutions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Adobe as Senior Account Director for Strategic Accounts, where Richard managed key global commercial relationships, and as Sales Director for EMEA at SparkPost, leading sales for high-volume messaging clients. Richard was also instrumental in expanding Emarsys' presence in Europe as an Enterprise Account Executive and oversaw a sales team at SmartFocus while managing individual targets. Early career included recruitment consultancy at psd group, primarily for the computer software sector. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and studied at The University of Salford.
