Jason Lawrence

Jason Lawrence is a Senior Engineering Technician at Qualus, beginning in September 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with engineers on the design of transmission lines, foundations, and retrofits for voltages ranging from 69kV to 230kV. Prior to this role, Jason served as an Engineering Technician at Black & Veatch from April 2009 to August 2023, focusing on analysis, structural design, shop drawing reviews, route and hardware selection, construction specifications, and utilizing PLS-Cadd and PLS-Pole software for computer analysis. Earlier experience includes working as a Drafter/Designer at Beckett & LaRue Inc from October 2005 to January 2009. Jason is also an alumnus of Morehouse College.
