Jeremy Waller has a strong background in information technology, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Jeremy is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Qualus. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology Operations at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where they oversaw all enterprise IT functional areas and implemented digital transformation strategies. Before that, they were the Director of Information Technology at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where they managed the IT division and supported over 7,000 users and devices. Jeremy also worked as an Information Technology Manager at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and as the Chief Information Officer at JSoft Consulting Inc. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Network Engineer/Administrator at Lockheed Martin and as an Integrated Service Specialist at IBM. Jeremy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT management, service delivery, and infrastructure optimization.

Jeremy Waller began their education at the University of West Florida in 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/CIS in 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution from 2004 to 2006, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2015, Jeremy enrolled in the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they completed their studies and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2019, specializing in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy Waller has also obtained additional certifications, including the ITIL Foundations Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft, and the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
