Meng Michika Garton

Michika Garton, MEng, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Qualus since July 2023, focusing on key investment hires and fostering relationships with internal talent and management. Previously, Michika worked at Brunel as a Recruitment Lead for Renewable Energy, Power & Infrastructure, where notable achievements included being a Q1 2020 KPI Winner and Perm Recruiter of the Year in 2020, specializing in alternative fuels. Prior experience at Robert Walters involved recruitment and business development within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors, with recognition as a top sales achiever. Earlier roles include internships in structural engineering at Tempo Vranica d.d. Mostar and Mott MacDonald. Michika earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
