Mike Deboer

Mike DeBoer is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager at Qualus since October 2023, Mike has previously held senior QA management positions at GridBright and tapQA, where responsibilities included directing QA operations, designing test cases, and leading cross-disciplinary teams. With a background in automation consulting at Allianz and IQS, Mike has consistently contributed to enterprise-level projects, focusing on improving QA practices and performance. Mike’s career also includes significant leadership roles at brightpeak financial and C2 IT Solutions Consulting, where strategic management and training of QA teams were central to success. Education was received at Bemidji State University.
