Joanne Tracey

Joanne Tracey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joanne most recently worked at Qualus, starting in February 2019, where they held the position of Director of Engineering and Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at NMC-A LTD from October 2018 to May 2021 as a Director, specializing in operations and program management. From June 2016 to May 2021, they served as a Director at Synapsis, focusing on inspiring STEM solutions in education. Joanne also worked as an Innovation Manager at target blue from March 2015 to May 2021 and as a Programme Manager at New Generation Biogas from June 2015 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Coach at Oxford Innovation from March 2013 to June 2014. Joanne's earlier roles include Core Team Manager at Tyco Electronics from April 2008 to December 2012 and R&D Project Engineering Manager at Clearlab from 2004 to 2006. Joanne Tracey has a solid educational background in engineering and management. Joanne obtained a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering/Composite Materials from the University of Plymouth between 1994 and 1998. Joanne further pursued a Diploma in Engineering Business Management from Bristol University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Joanne also acquired additional certifications, including an ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring qualification from ILM, which they obtained in January 2015.
