Emily Keating

Emily Keating has a diverse work experience history. Emily started their career at Members 1st Federal Credit Union as a Teller and CHS Student Ambassador, where they collaborated with the Carlisle Area School District to provide financial literacy education to students. Emily then worked at Kmart Corporation as a Cashier before moving on to Dickinson College as an Archives Intern. Emily later joined Walmart as a Cashier, where they handled sales transactions and operated a POS system. Emily then worked at The UPS Store as a Customer Service Representative and Notary Public, delivering exceptional customer service. Currently, Emily is employed at QualX Corporation as a Government Information Review Specialist, and previously worked there as an Archive Technician.

Emily Keating completed their high school education at Carlisle Area High School, where they received a general high school diploma from 2010 to 2014. Emily then pursued further education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History, concentrating in Public History, and a minor in Public Administration. Prior to their high school studies, Emily attended Saint Patrick School in Carlisle from 1999 to 2010, completing their general education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Emily also holds additional certifications, including a Life Time Membership obtained from Girl Scouts of the USA in October 2014, and Heartsaver CPR AED; Child CPR AED; Infant CPR certifications obtained from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in June 2013.
