Carlton Jones

Carlton Jones is the Vice President of the Northeast Region at Qualys, a position held since September 2020, focusing on comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Director at ObserveIT, where Carlton was instrumental in enhancing customer journey post-sale, and Global Manager of Customer Success at IBM, driving customer engagement and adoption of security technologies. Additional roles include Manager of Customer Success at Resilient Systems, Manager of Information Security Operations at Stream Global Services, and various positions in security at Pegasystems, Staples, RSA, and EMC. Carlton holds a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
