Pavel Sotnikov

Pavel Sotnikov is an accomplished sales and information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for EMEA East and Managing Director for Eastern Europe, Caucasus, and Central Asia at Qualys since August 2013, Pavel has developed and implemented a successful go-to-market strategy for the region. Prior to this, Pavel worked at GE as the Information Security Leader for Russia and CIS, where responsibilities included managing information security initiatives and compliance. Pavel also held the position of Information Security Officer at PwC, leading projects for Central and Eastern Europe. Early career experience includes serving as the Head of the Application Development team at Primetech. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
