Holly Gottlieb

Holly Gottlieb is a seasoned recruiter and founder of Whole Collective, specializing in talent acquisition for purpose-driven businesses since February 2022. With expertise in recruiting executive-level talent and advising on growth strategies, Holly also focuses on community building through in-person events that foster connections among business leaders and creatives. Prior experience includes a talent acquisition contract at Quibi, where Holly built the Advertising team, and a notable tenure at La Fosse Associates, serving as Head of West Coast Practice in the USA while also contributing to the Executive Search team. Holly holds an MA in International Relations and a BA in Ancient History with French from the University of Exeter.
