David Simon

David Simon is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as Vice President and Director of Wisconsin Operations at Quandel Consultants since August 2020. Prior to this role, David Simon was the Director of the Bureau of Transit, Local Roads, Railroads and Harbors at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from May 1988 to August 2020, overseeing the development, implementation, and financing of various transportation infrastructure projects. David Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1984 and 1988.
