Jeff Bucholc is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the inspection, design, and construction of railroad and highway bridges and tunnels. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Structural Engineer at Quandel Consultants, LLC since January 2017, Jeff's responsibilities include oversight of contract plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bridge inspections. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Program Manager for Railroad Structures at AECOM from September 1993 to January 2017, where duties also involved managing contract preparations and structural group operations. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1986 and 1993, and graduated from Fenton High School in 1984.
