Melanie Johnson is a Senior Director of Planning and Technology at Quandel Consultants with experience as a Project Engineer on high speed rail projects in the midwest. Prior to that, Melanie worked as a Traffic Engineer at Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. Melanie holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
