John Sleva

John Sleva is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and management within the wood and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as President of Quanex Custom Components since February 2020, John also holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Woodcraft Industries, Inc. since November 2017. John's tenure at Woodcraft Industries began in October 1996, where roles included Director of Sales, Director of Purchasing, and Regional Sales Manager. Prior experience includes Dimension Plant Sales Manager at Averitt Lumber Company and Export Sales Manager at Artwood Products/SEMAC Industries. John earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University and holds both a Master of Science in Wood Science and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
