Kaela Ellison

Kaela Ellison is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr HR Generalist at Quanex Building Products Corporation since April 2022, Kaela previously held the position of Adv HR Business Partner at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from November 2014 to April 2022. Previous roles include HR Generalist and Sr. Human Resources Representative at G&K Services, and HR Specialist at EcoWater Systems. Kaela possesses a strong background in leadership development, talent management, collective bargaining, and employee training initiatives, along with significant experience in Union environments. An accomplished professional, Kaela has also successfully transitioned several HR processes to digital systems and supported large employee groups across multiple locations. Education includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
