Sara B.

Sara B. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and client support. Currently serving as an SCCM Engineer at Quanex since February 2018, Sara has previously worked at IBM Global Technology Services as an IT Infrastructure Specialist and Team Lead from July 2004 to November 2016, focusing on SCCM administration and antivirus administration. Notable achievements include leading a team for back-end IT services delivery and collaborating on the design and implementation of Configuration Manager upgrades. Earlier experience as a Client Support Analyst at Williams provided a foundation in desking tier 2 and tier 3 level support.
