Ioanna Giannakou

Ioanna Giannakou's work experience begins in 2003 as a Back Office Employee in the Sales Department at Grecotel Hotels & Resorts. Ioanna then moves on to work as a Sales Administrator at Grecotel Athens Imperial in 2004. In 2005, they become a Manager's Assistant and Imports Officer at Mad Hat-Hara Katsa & SIA OE until 2009. Ioanna then transitions to a Procurement Officer at Grigoriadi's Clinic S.A. for a few months in 2010. In the same year, they also work as an Insurance Consultant Trainee at Ethniki Insurance. From 2011 to 2019, they join Actionline "The Outsourcing Experts" as a Back Office Employee, where they primarily focus on a project related to the 3869/2010 Law on Distressed Households. Finally, in 2019, they begin working at QQuant Master Servicer S.A. as a Legal Operations Officer, specializing in the Katseli Law.

Ioanna Giannakou received their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Athinas. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in ECDL from the ECDL Foundation.
