Phil Ashton

Phil Ashton has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, starting as an Assistant Front of House Manager at Intercontinental Hotels Group in 1995. Phil then moved on to roles at Marks and Spencer, T Mobile, and Kelly Services before taking on various HR positions at Hospira, including EMEA HR Director. Ashton then transitioned to Intercept Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President of Human Resources before becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer at Quant in 2023.

Phil Ashton obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Studies & Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey in 1996. Phil then pursued further education at MALPAS, earning a MCIPD in Personnel & Development between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a FCIPD certification from MALPAS FLEXIBLE LEARNING LIMITED.
