Shih-Chao Liu

Shih-Chao (Baker) Liu is a Technical Manager at Quanta Computer Inc. since October 2018, following progressive roles including Associate Technical Manager and Specialist 1, where responsibilities included porting logging systems, developing firmware for smart devices, and resolving technical issues for various applications. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Qisda Corporation, where device drivers for Windows Phone were implemented, and Prospect Corp., where technical support for MCU firmware development was provided. Shih-Chao (Baker) Liu also holds an M.S. in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
