George Maynard

George Maynard is currently the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Quanta Dialysis Technologies. Prior to this, they served in a similar capacity for GO Outdoors LTD from January 2014 to August 2017. George has also been a Partner at both Millbank Edge LLP from July 2010 to December 2013 and Pannone LLP from March 2008 to May 2010.

George is responsible for managing mergers & acquisitions, legal, risk, governance & compliance matters, FCA registration, key contracts, dispute resolution, employee incentives schemes and IP matters (both domestic and international) for the GO Outdoors' group. George is also the group's Data Protection Officer and helps manage the group's Shanghai office.

In addition to their duties as General Counsel, George also reports to the chairman in their capacity as company secretary on all matters relating to the board, audit and remuneration committees. George manages general company secretarial matters and deals with changes to shareholdings and the implementing of share buybacks.

George Maynard's educational career began at the University of Bristol, where they studied politics. George then attended Bedford School.

They are on a team with Barry Fulkerson - Chief of Operations, John Lipman - President, North America, and Mark Prockter - Programme Director. George Maynard reports to John E. Milad, CEO.
