Brian Williams

Brian Williams has extensive experience in both municipal leadership and information technology management. Currently serving as the Mayor of East Ridge since December 2016, Brian also works as a Planning Commission Board Member and City Council Member. In the realm of technology, Brian has held multiple roles at Quanta Services, Inc. since May 2005, culminating in the position of Enterprise ERP Applications Manager and JD Edwards Product Owner, overseeing the Projects/Job Cost & Billing modules globally. Additional engagements include ongoing participation as an Advisory Board Member for the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, a Board of Trustees member at Parkridge Health System, and the District 3 Assistant Director for the Tennessee Municipal League. Prior experience includes significant IT leadership roles at Dillard Smith Construction Company and U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc., showcasing a solid background in financial applications and systems management. Brian's foundational education was completed at Chattanooga State from 1981 to 1984.
