Cabell Acree is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in construction and EPC contracts. Currently serving as Division General Counsel at Quanta Services, Inc. since January 2016, Cabell has held various roles including Project Attorney at Axiom, Of Counsel at Selman, Munson & Lerner, P.C., and VP, General Counsel at Orion Marine Group, Inc. Previous positions also include Senior Counsel at PotashCorp and Assistant General Counsel at Arcadian Corporation, contributing to significant legal matters involving mergers, acquisitions, environmental compliance, and corporate governance.
