Caroline Baker

Caroline Baker is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international and domestic tax management. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Quanta Services since September 2010, Caroline oversees the tax provision process and reviews a variety of tax returns, while also managing special projects such as structuring foreign acquisitions and implementing tax-saving strategies. Prior to this role, Caroline was the International Tax Director at Live Nation and held various positions at Deloitte, including International Tax Manager and International Tax Intern. Caroline holds a BS in Accounting and an MS with an emphasis in Taxation from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
