Melissa Rooney

Melissa Rooney is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Tax at Quanta Services, Inc. since May 2019, Melissa previously held the role of International Tax Director at PwC from September 2012 to the present and worked as an International Tax Manager at Deloitte from August 2006 to September 2012. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2003.
