Todd Richard

Todd Richard is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in data center solutions, network engineering, and system integration. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Quanta Services, Inc., Todd focuses on developing high-performance computing edge infrastructure and advanced Two-Phase Immersion Cooling solutions. Previously, Todd held CEO positions at R TECH Group and Genesis Networks, where responsibilities included advanced data center design and business operations. As CTO at Alta Telecom and Ledcor, Todd specialized in network engineering and deployment services, particularly in low latency data networks. Todd's earlier roles included leadership positions at Hitachi and Wave7 Optics, concentrating on broadband network applications and international product engineering. Todd holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
