David Elizondo

David Elizondo is the Vice President of Business Development at Quanta Technology, a position held since June 2008, where a focus is placed on high-end consulting studies for the Transmission and Distribution of electric power. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at KEMA from 2005 to 2008, a Lead Engineer at MPR Associates, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, and a Sales Manager for T&D Equipment at ABB from 1994 to 1998. David Elizondo holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and has an educational background from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
