Sharon Stilgoe

Sharon Stilgoe is an experienced Senior Engagement Manager at Quanta Training, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and enhancing client and learner experiences through effective project execution. Prior to this role, Sharon served as a Client Engagement Manager at the National Centre for Leadership and Management, where support was provided to senior leaders in obtaining leadership qualifications, and as Client Solutions Director at Ashorne Hill, focusing on new business sales and strategic development plans. Previous roles also include Head of Sales at QA Ltd., Head of Business Development at People 1st International, and various managerial positions at Penna, HEMSLEY FRASER GROUP LIMITED, Geodis, TACK International, and UPS. Sharon holds a BSc (Hons.) in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
