Shubham Chowkse

Shubham Chowkse currently serves as a Workshop Assistant at Evyon and a Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, contributing to the development of the Digital Business Lab and mentoring students through BI Startup. As the Founder of Rationale Energy Solutions Private Limited, Shubham has successfully led a team of 20, achieving a remarkable annual growth rate of 128% over three consecutive years while managing various aspects of business operations. Previous experience includes summer internships at Hindalco Industries Limited and UTTAR PRADESH RAJYA VIDYUT UTPADAN NIGAM LIMITED, focused on manufacturing processes and maintenance operations. Shubham is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Business at BI Norwegian Business School, complementing earlier studies in Mechanical Engineering at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
