M.D. Nafiz Alam

Md. Nafiz Alam is an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in people operations, talent development, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Quantanite since November 2020, Nafiz previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at ShopUp, where notable achievements included developing a people strategy for Series A growth and overseeing the recruitment of over 800 individuals. Prior experience includes Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Edison Group, managing HR functions for over 2,000 employees across multiple business units, and significant roles at Grameenphone Ltd, focusing on skills development and recruitment for a large workforce. Nafiz's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Chittagong.
