Nisa Nur Majumder

Nisa Nur Majumder is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager in Compensation Management and Employee Relations at Quantanite since April 2019. Nisa has held multiple leadership roles, including Lead for Compensation Management and Employee Separations, where responsibilities encompassed managing salaries, benefits, employee disciplinary meetings, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Prior to Quantanite, Nisa was Co-Founder and Program Administrator at EdVate, focusing on e-learning solutions and client coordination, and completed an internship at EXIM Bank Limited. Nisa holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University, and a BBA in Finance from the Bangladesh University of Professionals.
