Richard Devies

Richard Devies is currently the Directeur du Recrutement Groupe at GROUPE RAINBOW PARTNERS, where they oversee recruitment for a multi-specialist consulting group with a global presence. In this role since 2023, Richard previously held the position of Directeur du Recrutement Groupe at Quanteam, contributing to its recognition as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. Their extensive experience in recruitment spans roles at Adecco, ALTRAN CIS & TEM, and Ness Consulting, where they managed teams and facilitated numerous successful recruitments. Richard also holds a Maitrise in OGRH from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they have been studying since 1995.
