Andrew Terzakis

Andrew Terzakis possesses extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in support of Department of Defense operations, with over 16 years at Quantech Services, Inc., specializing as a Program Management Subject Matter Expert for the Air Force AWACS Foreign Military Sales Program. Notable achievements include establishing a formal training program for over 150 personnel, leading large teams on critical projects, and managing multiple contract initiatives. Prior to Quantech, Andrew served in various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, overseeing acquisition planning and execution for advanced systems and enhancing inter-agency relationships. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University and a Master's Degree from the University of Arizona.
