Michael She

Michael Michael has a diverse work experience history. Michael is currently working at Quantedge as the Vice President of Quantitative Research, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Vice President of Quantitative Research at Quantedge from January 2018 to January 2022. Michael also worked as a Quantitative Researcher at the same company from July 2014 to January 2018.

Before joining Quantedge, Michael had various internships and research assistant positions. In 2013, they worked as an Actuarial Intern at New York Life Insurance Company, where they developed and improved cash flow testing models for life insurance products. Michael also worked as a Research Assistant at the Bendheim Center of Finance, Princeton University, from January 2013 to May 2013, where they developed a trading algorithm for commodity futures market analysis.

In 2011, Michael interned as an Analyst Intern at the Ontario Centre of Innovation, where they designed data visualization tools for efficient analysis. Michael also founded and directed a successful SAT Summer Program as a Branch Manager at Ivy Insiders, where they were responsible for marketing, sales, logistics, curriculum development, and teaching.

In 2010, Michael worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Economics, Princeton University.

Michael Michael attended Colonel By Secondary School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma and Ontario Secondary Schools Diploma. In 2010, they enrolled at Princeton University and completed their Bachelor of Science and Engineering (BSE) degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, along with a Certificate in Finance. After a gap of three years, from 2014 to 2017, Michael pursued further education at Columbia University. Michael obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science from Columbia University in 2019.
