Sachin Makkar

Sachin Makkar has worked in the HR and Operations field for over 20 years. In 2021, they began working as a Sr. Manager - HR & Operations at Quantela Inc., where they are responsible for managing the entire operational process for system integration projects, managing project related procurement and vendor PO coordination, and managing the entire customer billings for system integration projects. From 2013 to 2021, they were a Sr. Manager - HR and Operations at E-Centric Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they managed the complete HR Ops & invoicing function with 2000+ IT staff deployed PAN India on Govt. Projects through Govt Depts. From 2006 to 2013, they were the Manager - HR at IAP Company Ltd. and Bizsol Advisors Pvt Ltd, Merinews.com. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Sr. Executive - HR at Chunnu International, where they maintained daily attendance and monthly salary of all the employees working in Chunnu International and Chunnu Fashions, issued punching cards to new workers, and handled all time office, payroll, and personnel functions. From 2000 to 2002, they were an Executive at Maruti Udyog Limited, where they were responsible for data loading which was received through Suzuki network/email from all over the world.

Sachin Makkar holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Guru Jambheshwar University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Compensation & Benefits from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA. Sachin previously attended Indian Institute of Planning and Management for a Master in Business Administration, but dropped out.
