Cheuk W Kan

Cheuk W Kan's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 2007 to present, they have worked at Quanterix where they have held positions such as Director of System Research and Development, Head of Product Feasibility Research, Manager, and Senior Manager of Systems Engineering, Principal Systems Engineer, and Senior Scientist. Their responsibilities at Quanterix have involved product management, research and development, technology transfer, and assay development.

Prior to working at Quanterix, Kan worked as a Senior Scientist at ANDE from 2006 to 2007. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from 2005 to 2006, where they worked on a project related to forensic DNA typing. Cheuk W also served as a Graduate Student at Northwestern University from 2000 to 2005.

Cheuk W Kan received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2005, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering at Northwestern University. In 2020, Cheuk W Kan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, specializing in Operations Management, New Venture Finance, Corporate Turnaround Strategy, and Product Management. Additionally, Cheuk W Kan earned certifications in "Agile with Atlassian Jira" from Atlassian in 2019, and in "Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis" from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, also in 2019.
