Chirag Desai

Chirag Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chirag currently holds the position of Associate Director, Infrastructure & Security Operations at Quanterix, where they are responsible for overseeing the infrastructure and security operations. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure & Operations at Quanterix.

Before joining Quanterix, Chirag worked at The Boston Beer Company for a significant period. Their roles included Senior Manager, IT Operations, where they managed service delivery and implemented and supported systems and infrastructure across multiple locations. Chirag also served as Manager, IT Operations and Network Engineer at The Boston Beer Company.

Chirag's earlier experience includes working at BSC Group as the Principal Network & Systems Administrator, where they led various operations related to end-user computing, servers, network, telephony, virtual environment, backup and recovery, and security. Chirag also held the positions of Systems Administrator and Jr. Systems Administrator at BSC Group.

Chirag began their career with an internship at Vaidya Consultants Inc. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in managing IT operations, infrastructure, security, and implementing technology solutions to support business processes.

Chirag Desai has pursued education in various fields related to computer science and technology. Chirag has studied internetworking technology at UMass Boston in Boston, MA. Additionally, they have obtained Cisco certifications through Global Knowledge and has also studied computer technology and systems technology at Malden High in Malden, MA. Chirag has also completed Microsoft certifications at New Horizon.
