Heidi Caswell

Heidi (O'Connor) Caswell has an extensive work experience in the field of quality control. Heidi currently holds the position of Director of Quality Control at Quanterix since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Analytical, where they served as the Director of Quality Control from July 2021 to July 2023. Heidi also held the role of Associate Director of Analytical Development from January 2019 to October 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Boston Analytical, Heidi worked at Sanofi Genzyme from 1995 to 2018, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility in quality control. Their positions at Sanofi Genzyme include Associate Director of Quality Control from April 2016 to December 2018, Manager of Quality Control from 2005 to 2016, QC Unit Manager from 2001 to 2005, QC Supervisor from 2001 to 2003, Senior QC Analyst from 1999 to 2001, QC Analyst II from 1997 to 1999, and QC Analyst I from 1995 to 1997.

Heidi (O'Connor) Caswell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Western New England University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
