Mary Ellen Cortizas, JD has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in clinical operations and laboratory services. Mary Ellen(M.E.) currently holds the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Guardant Health. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of CRO and Laboratory Services at Quanterix, where they also had a role in clinical development strategy. Mary Ellen(M.E.) was also a leader in biotech and diagnostics at Closed Loop Laboratory Consultants. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Claritas Genomics, a molecular diagnostic company specializing in pediatric genetic and inherited disorders. Mrs. Cortizas began their career at Boston Children's Hospital, where they served as the Administrative Director of Laboratory Medicine, overseeing a wide range of clinical laboratory services.

Mary Ellen Cortizas attended Suffolk University Law School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Law.
