Molly May

Molly May has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held various positions in the biotech and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lantheus, Molly has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Life Sciences and held senior management roles at BlueRock Therapeutics, including Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Earlier career experience includes the position of Talent Acquisition Associate at Generate Biomedicines, Inc., and Recruitment Account Manager at ClinLab Staffing. Molly holds a Bachelor of Social and Behavioral Sciences in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned from 2008 to 2012, and is a graduate of Mount Alvernia High School, completed in 2008.
