Bogdan Agica is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Quantexa since June 2025, Bogdan previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Affirm and worked as a Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer at a Stealth Startup, where key achievements included developing a comprehensive Rust-based application for Markov-Chain Monte Carlo simulation. At ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Bogdan established and led a team of backend developers to create scalable enterprise microservices for over 800,000 users. Prior experience includes impactful contributions as a Full Stack Developer at RavenPack and various roles in earlier companies, alongside a foundational education in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
