QuantFi is an Applied Agentic Finance & Accounting firm.

We install AI agents into the finance and accounting workflows that matter most — close, reporting, reconciliation, diligence, AP/AR, and financial operations — and transition ownership to your team. Real capability inside your function, not a pilot that stalls or a vendor you can't leave.

Two engagement models:

Deployed — we embed agents into your existing finance team, upskill your people to operate alongside them, and hand off ownership at the end. Some clients keep building with us. Others run on their own. Both paths are designed in from day one.

Managed — for companies without a finance function, or one that can't keep pace with the business. We run F&A end-to-end. Agents on the workflow, senior humans on approval.

We work with CFOs, founders, controllers, and PE operators bringing AI into finance in ways that hold up in production.

QuantFi was founded by operators who came up on the investment side — investment banking, hedge fund buy-side, equity research, and venture capital — before sitting in CFO seats and seeing the same broken patterns across companies. We started QuantFi to fix it at the source.

If you're bringing AI into your finance function and want to talk to people who've actually done it — get in touch.
