Adam Bassett

Adam Bassett currently serves as General Counsel for the UK at Quantfury, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Adam worked as Associate General Counsel at Interactive Brokers from December 2022 to October 2025 and as Senior Legal Counsel at Winterflood Securities from September 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included supporting various divisions, assisting the compliance team with legal and regulatory developments, and advising the IT team on service contracts and data licenses. Adam began legal training at Euroclear SA/NV, where qualification occurred in 2012, and the organization operates the CREST system for UK securities trade settlement. Adam holds an Investment Administration Qualification from the Securities and Investment Institute, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Plymouth, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of Exeter.
