Ligia Amparo Vergara Brunal is currently working as a CX Insight Analyst at Quantica BPO, where Ligia Amparo is responsible for defining, tracking, and managing key CX metrics. Prior to this, Ligia Amparo worked as a Process Leader at Exquisitos Inc, a Logistic Supporter at Dupont, and as a Monitor at Universidad del Norte for various courses. Ligia also worked as a Tutor for Calculus and Differential Equations. Ligia Amparo completed their education at Universidad del Norte from 2014 to 2019.
